Noble Paw Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment At Noble Paw, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included

To initiate a return, please contact us at getnoblepaw.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Exchanges If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we'll replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components

Shipping Costs Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a prepaid label will be provided and the cost deducted from your refund.
