Noble Paw Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.

3. International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time via the carrier's website.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and visit getnoblepaw.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package. Noble Paw is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right promptly.
